The story of our five Coldwell Banker® Immoba Realty agencies in Bordeaux and on the Bassin d'Arcachon is that of a family business created in 2013, when we decided to set up on the Bassin d'Arcachon.

The company has been building sale after sale for over seven years now, with nearly 490 million euros in sales volume achieved by ourselves and our teams.

Half a century's experience of working for major international groups has given us an understanding of the importance of the brand and the exacting standards of the best in their field. That's why we decided to join the Coldwell Banker® network, the world leader in prestige real estate since 1906, which arrived in France in 2011 and is showing the strongest growth among prestige real estate networks.

Coldwell Banker Immoba Realty is now Coldwell Banker Europa's largest independent franchisee, and the regional leader as the only international brand, with five branches in Bordeaux and the Bassin d'Arcachon with a team of forty employees.
